Our family-run hotel in Val Venosta/Vinschgau
You arrive as a guest and leave as a friend
Our hotel in Val Venosta/Vinschgau, the Sporthotel Vetzan near Silandro/Schlanders, is a small but luxurious hotel in South Tyrol. It provides space for 54 guests and the service by the host family, the Tschenetts, who built the hotel in 1978, is very personal, friendly and individual.
With a great love of detail everyone, that's 3 generations in the meantime, makes sure that they offer you a variety-packed and indulgent activity holiday. Monika Tschenett made the hotel in Val Venosta/Vinschgau into what it is today, together with her husband.
Both the hosts and staff at the Sporthotel Vetzan always have a sympathetic ear for your concerns and do everything to make sure that you feel comfortable all round. You can obtain information about possible activities and the weekly programme from the senior and junior bosses personally, as sport is a matter for the boss here. We wish you a wonderful stay at our hotel in Val Venosta/Vinschgau!
The Tschenett family
Monika is the boss of the hotel and passionately takes care of the interior design and the guests. She also accompanies you on hikes and is the kind soul of the hotel.
Matthias is the junior boss and welcomes you at reception. You can also frequently come across him in the restaurant area and he is a hiking and mountain biking guide with great enthusiasm.
Jessica is Matthias' wife and ensures relaxation and wellbeing in the beauty area. She also likes helping in the restaurant and at reception, maintains contact with the guests and accompanies them on hikes.
Henry and Mathilda are Matthias and Jessica's children and bring a breath of fresh air to our hotel in Val Venosta/Vinschgau.
Stephanie is Matthias' sister and she helps out wherever she is needed. In the summer months she often accompanies you on hikes and welcomes you at reception.
Simone is Matthias' sister and really likes helping her mother Monika out with the interior design. She also accompanies guests on hikes now and again and is otherwise dedicated to her children Greta, Hannah and Ida and her husband Alexander.
