Arrival and departure:

Our rooms are available from 14.00 on your arrival date. Please check out by 11.00am on your departure date. If your arrival time is later than 18.00 please inform the hotel by telephone. Choice of arrival and departure dates.

Conditions of cancellation:

Up to 3 weeks before date of arrival no cancellation charges. Thereafter, we charge 80% of the booked arrangements.

Methods of payment:

We accept cash, EC-cards (A, D, NL, CH, B). Credit cards: Visa and MasterCard

Conditions of booking:

To guarantee your reservation we request an advance payment of Euro 200.00 per room. Our bank details:

Cancellation-only travel insurance:

‘Cancellation only insurance’ protects you from unnecessary expenditures. Therefore, we petition you to take out an insurance policy when your reservation is guaranteed. Please feel free to download the appropriate form from our homepage or alternatively, we can send it to you by post or email. The insurance covers unforeseen mishaps like accidents, sickness etc. for the insured members of your family.

Curtailment:

In case of premature departure, payment in full for stayed days and 80% of the remaining booking is obligatory, but excludes unused services.

Dogs:

We allow dogs with their own dog basket or blanket to stay free of charge upon request. Access to the dining room and other eating areas or water areas is not permitted. The management retains the right to add costs for damages or defilement to the final account.

Bed and breakfast:

Accommodation with breakfast only, is charged at €18.00 less the half board price.

Single rooms:

Single rooms are available on request. Supplement for single occupancy in standard or deluxe double rooms €18.00

Triple occupancy:

With 3 adults occupying a double room, price reduction of 15% for third person.

Friends and acquaintances:

You are welcome to invite friends or personal acquaintances to the Sport Hotel. We charge €12.00 for breakfast, (from) €35 for dinner and €9.00 for the sauna and swimming.
