To ensure a good start to the day, wake up every morning to a large breakfast buffet including an organic vitamin-rich corner and various egg dishes.
The kitchen willingly prepares children’s meals (advance order) from 6pm onwards.
An assortment of cakes, coffees and teas are ready for selection once a week.
Excellent 5 course gourmet dinner menu with choice within courses, a variety of culinary themed evenings, Italian and South Tyrolean delicacies, vegetarian menus on request. Barbecue evenings in the summer months; our kitchen team prepares fresh
salads, assorted starters and grilled specialties and to polish off,
something sweet from the dessert buffet. Weather permitting, breakfast and dinner are served on our sunny terrace.
On consultation with our head chef, Bernhard (certified dietary chef) we also offer diet menus.
