All routes lead to the Residence Mathilda

With the South Tyrol Express you can get from the main train station in St. Gallen in Switzerland to Val Venosta/Vinschgau via Winterthur, Zurich and Sargans every Saturday from the start of April to the end of October. There is also a PostAuto Schweiz AG bus connection from Zernez to Malles/Mals, where you can change to the Val Venosta/Vinschgau line and travel to nearby Silandro/Schlanders. We will be happy to pick you up from the train station there and take you to the Residence Mathilda – just let us know in good time!

From Germany a South Tyrol Tours coach travels every Saturday from Baden-Württemberg to South Tyrol and back again every Sunday. From the end of March to the start of November these buses run weekly and take you from Stuttgart via Ulm, the Fernpass, Landeck and the Passo di Resia/Reschenpass into Val Venosta/Vinschgau. As a result you reach your holiday home, the Residence Mathilda conveniently and totally unstressed.

Anyone arriving from southern Italy, travels via Florence, Bologna and Verona to Bolzano/Bozen and changes there to the regional train to Merano/Meran. From Merano/Meran continue with the Val Venosta/Vinschgau line to Silandro/Schlanders, where we at Residence Mathilda will be happy to pick you up from the train station.

Anyone arriving from Germany or Austria, travels as far as Bolzano/Bozen and then changes to a regional train to Merano/Meran. From Merano/Meran continue with the Val Venosta/Vinschgau line to Silandro/Schlanders, where we at Residence Mathilda will be happy to pick you up from the train station.

Anyone arriving from Switzerland, travels by train via Zurich to Landquart, changes there to the Rhätische Bahn railway and continues to Zernez. From Zernez a PostAuto Schweiz AG bus takes you over the Ofenpass as far as Malles/Mals in Val Venosta/Vinschgau, where you change to the Val Venosta/Vinschgau line and travel to Silandro/Schlanders fahren, where we at the Residence Mathilda will be happy to pick you up.
